Dot's Cottage is a Fisherman's Cottage which was built in the 1750s by the owner of a fishing schooner. It is traditionally styled with many quirky talking points. This Brixham holiday cottage is set in a quiet garden shared with another 4 cottages and within 2 minutes walk from the hustle and bustle of Brixham's beautiful harbour and walks around Torbay and the Devon Coastline  The harbour area has an array of interesting shops and eating places, including probably the best fish and chips in England!

The centrally heated cottage can accommodate up to 4 adults in 2 bedrooms.

The living accommodation comprises of a cosy lounge with wood burner and smart TV with Netflix and WiFi.  The lounge leads through to beautiful cottage kitchen/diner with an array of free standing units, Aga type cooker, fridge freezer and microwave. The Cottage also benefits from a washing machine, iron and ironing board and hair dryer - all the essentials needed for a happy stay.

From the kitchen there is an original oak staircase leading to the first floor bedrooms and shower room with WC. The master bedroom has a king size double bed and the second bedroom has a small double. A blow up double air bed is also available. Upstairs includes a WC and large walk in shower.

Outside, the front door opens onto a sunny communal garden with seating areas and barbecue. The accommodation is dog friendly for one large or up to two small well behaved dogs.

As with of much of Brixham there is no designated parking, However as part of the let you have access to free parking at the Brixham Marina Car Park
